I hate to do this, but I feel like I have to be honest here. I've bought from Dame Darcy several times (I own at least one copy of each of her tarot decks) and had no problems, but this time it...didn't work out so great. Between several miscommunications and the fact that I was charged shipping when it should have been free and now Darcy is avoiding refunding my shipping, no matter how many times she asks for my Paypal or Venmo (because she can't or won't do it through Etsy), this hasn't been a good experience this time. I sincerely doubt I'll be coming back to this shop again. The product itself is great. The card and art are beautiful. I've been looking for this particular card for ages and I'm happy to finally have it, but being charged half the price of the item (almost) in shipping is ridiculous.
